EXCHANGE POLICY
- Normal priced items are exchangeable within 7 days from date of purchase with ORIGINAL RECEIPT.
- STRICTLY NO exchange for discounted items / sales items.
- Exchange items must be in new and original condition with all original tags / labels attached.
- Where the value of the item taken in exchange exceeds the value of the item returned, the customer shall pay for the excess; in other cases, the NO cash refund policy shall apply.
- We reserve the right to refuse any exchange.
- STRICTLY NO cash refund.
- Applicable for purchases made in Malaysia ONLY.
